SHOP SEAT COVERS

toyota prius seat coversThis month in our Make/Model Spotlight, we’ll be checking out the Toyota Prius. The Prius might not have as rich of a history as our previous spotlights, but it is nonetheless a vehicle worth talking about. So without further ado, let’s take a look at this supremely popular hybrid.

The Toyota Prius

To some, the Prius still seems like a relatively new car. However, it has been on the market for two decades! First introduced in 1997, the Prius was initially offered as a four-door sedan. It was and continues to be touted as one of the cleanest vehicles sold in the United States based on emissions. The first generation Prius lasted from its inception until 2003. 2003 was also when the 5-door hatchback was introduced. From 2003 to 2009, the second generation was sold, which introduced a complete redesign of the vehicle. The third generation, which came with a price drop to compete with other newly introduced hybrids, debuted in 2009 and lasted until 2015. During this generation, a plug-in Prius was also introduced.

The fourth generation, and current generation being offered, went through some major design changes. The aesthetic focus almost went towards a sportier look, while continuing improvements in actual performance.  Developed in-step with its traditional hybrid, the plug-in Prius Prime was introduced as a second generation.

Toyota Prius Seat Cover Options

As with many of our other vehicles, the Toyota Prius can be customized with virtually all of our seat cover options. For example, you have the choice to cover your seat with a Standard, Half Piping, Full Piping, RealTree, or Patterned seat cover style. From there you can choose to cover just your front seats or include the rear seats as well. Once you’ve decided which seats to cover, it is on to the color picking options. Choose from a variety of main seat cover colors and if you went with a piping option, you’ll choose a “piping” color as well. Alternatively you’ll be able to choose your RealTree camo or patterned design that best reflects your style. Once you’ve completed all of those options you’ll be given the choice to add a logo for your seat cover. You can choose from a free Wet Okole logo or select a custom graphic from our massive catalog.

Hi, I have a 2020 Prius Prime and I’m curious if your seat covers for the Prius fit as perfectly to the Prime. I was originally going to choose Caltrend because they have the Prime as a choice along with the submodel, but saw reviews for Wet Okole that made me want to check you guys out. Also, my seats are heated. Does Wet Okole work with heated seats? Will the heat go through the Neoprene seat cover?
