I received the seat covers at my residence on Thursday January 27. I opened the box and attempted to install the covers. Looking at the covers and my seats, I ASSUMED that they were the wrong ones for my vehicle.

The following morning I called ! Wet Okole to complain that I had received the wrong covers. I was again assured that I did in fact get exactly what I had ordered BUT if I could wait until Monday the 31st, Tracy the manager would give me a follow-up call. I received a call on Monday from Tracy again assuring me that what I received was for the Dodge Dakota and NOT the Dodge Ram. I INSISTED that it was not the right one and that something had to be done. Well after the most recent phone conversation with Tracy that happened this afternoon, I told him that I would install the covers on my vehicle but IT WOULD NOT FIT because it didn't look like the right ones!

My HUMBLE apologies to everyone at Wet Okole! Not only were the covers the right ones for my vehicle, but they fit like a glove! I'd like to personally apologize to Joslyn, David (?) and Tracy. Your company has been around a long time because you KNOW your stuff! The last thing you needed to hear was an irate customer who had NO clue of what he received, complain about a product that you have spent years refining!

Tracy, thank you for the follow-up. You run a top-notch operation! Again, my apologies and thank you very much for being so patient with half-cocked customers like myself.

I've gotten countless compliments on them, and I always reply the same way: I love 'em!   Anyway, I notice that you don't have any pics of your covers on a Protege anywhere on your site. I recently ordered a set of seat covers for my 1978 Porsche 911.  Before I received my order I got a call from one of the employees at your facility Steven Grew.   He was confirming the type of seat that I had selected before cutting the pattern.  I was quite impressed that the people there take such pride and care in their work.  A short while after I received my seat covers, I quickly went to my car and put them on.  I am even more impressed now than when viewing the product on the web.   The work is second to none, and the seats look as if they have just been reupholstered.  I have attached a few pictures of the installed seats, please feel free to use them in you gallery.

I have had my new seat covers for about 4 days now. They are a great product. It is the only set of seat covers I have ever seen that make the interior look BETTER than new. The only problem is now I am afraid to get them dirty. I have to get a set of seat covers for the seat covers! Thanks for a great product.

I had recieved in the mail three swatches to confirm my choice of color for my Honda Insight seat covers. (Reference contact person Phil and order number 200363967).  The mail message expressed concern about my original choice being one that does not "usually ...match any interior or color" of my vehicle.  I have looked at the three colors you have sent and prefer color number 16.

I find it interesting and appreciate your willingness and abilities to make such assessments about the appropriateness of colors and agree with your determination that this yellew does not "match" my interior.  I think, however, it will be a nice contrast to the exterior color (which is red) and very closely match the personality of the car (which is fun). I look forward to receiving my new seat covers. It is good, these days, to deal with companies that actually have customer service and a personal touch.

I just wanted to pass along a photo of my covers installed in my New Beetle.  I LOVE THEM!  I took the headrest covers to a local embroidery shop to thave the custom design done.  I can't believe how snug these covers fit.  They look so sharp.  The cut outs for the side airbags make me feel really secure since I know they will still function correctly.  The quality of your covers are outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone.  You won't be disappointed in the look and the fit.....just incredible!!   Thanks, Melinda (Ontario, Canada)
